Due to the lighting the products may appear darker or brighter in some pictures. But they all will look beautiful on you.

All our items are handmade and are subject to availability of resources. We do our best to make sure that every bracelet is of quality workmanship. We take pride in our work. If however we have overlooked a defect that is noticed on delivery of the item please return to the delivery person and we will issue a new one.

Because each product is handmade, there is a time process. The making time of some bracelets take longer than others. Delivery depends on how much time required to make each individual bracelet. Normal waiting time frame is 3-5 business working days for delivery. It also depends on the orders in hand.

Our items are unique. We use only the finest material available wherever possible. From gemstones, glass pearls, crystals and beads. Our clasps and chains are made of sterling silver 925 should you request another quality of material to be used we will do our best to accommodate you. Wherever possible we use silver or silver plated/treated materials.

Bracelets are made according to the size of your wrist. When placing your order please mention the measurement in inches/centimetres in our notes section. Sizes of wrists differs from person to person. Some prefer it loose and others prefer it tight. Because our bracelets are made to order we can accommodate any size request.

Custom bracelets cannot be refunded as they are made specifically according to your preference of colour/beads and size. Only if you find a defect on delivery the item can be returned. You can request for a new item or the same item.
